The hotel was conveniently located near the entrance of the main attraction which made it easy for us to explore. the staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. the room was comfortable and clean, and we enjoyed the amenities offered, such as the reliable Wi-Fi and the complimentary breakfast.

The beds are very confortable but....
At the first sight this place is surprisedly good for the price. Huge reception, professional peope, nice furnished rooms. Then taking a closer look you'll discover a some decadency that takes you back to reality. Things don't work as they should ( sinks, showers are rusty and rotten, the heater/ air condition was the noisiest on earth) but for this price you won't find any better in Petra. Unfortunately. On top it's a bit too far away from the visitor centre

Helpful staff, well furnished and decorated room, nice view from the room. Good price. Good breakfast.
Room was not made until I asked. Malfunctioning TV. Cold and poorly designed bathroom (unavoidable flooding). Wifi not available in the rooms.

Bedrooms are refurbished since last year, and are nice. Bath room is very small and still in original state. Breakfast is average. Nice availability of hamman in hotel.

The staff tried there very best (and succeeded) to ensure we had a comfortable and relaxing time. This is a 3+ star hotel and if you know that and have that expectation accordingly then you will not be dissapointed..
Early morning call to prayer is quite loud; not much the hotel can do about this. They should do more to exploit the great view that they have of Petra.

Located close to several historical sites and attraction. The hotel offers a shuttle service at a reasonable rate to and from those attractions. The room was comfortable, and the bed was very cozy. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us.
The breakfast could have been better, with more variety. The bathroom was quite small, which made it challenging to move around.

There was nothing we liked about this hotel.
The rooms were small, with barely any space around the bed and no room for a suitcase. The bathrooms were tiny with old worn out fixtures. One of the rooms had an awful smell. When we informed the receptionist that we decided not to stay a second night, we were oferred a "better room."

The lobby is nice. There is hot water.
The location is far away from town, about 15-20 minutes walk to city center. Reception was poor. The first three rooms smelled horribly, and the fourth was noisy. Breakfast choices were poor. The price was too much for what was offered. Only when I checked out did the reception people finally become accommodating.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable and had air conditioning. Water pressure in the showers was excellent.
It's about 2km out of Petra which is unfortunate. Also it says on the Booked.net website that there was an outdoor pool, but there wasn'T.

Well you will defenately feel home at this place. The people that run this hotel are friendly and ready to give good advice for whatever is on your heart. Starting point for trips which can be booked individually after arrival. Rooms are clean and quiet. Cold drinks are available for cheap in the bar and breakfast is included in the room price.. I have been here twice now and will book it again on my next trip to Jordan and the turkish bath is very nice and maizing thanks for all the staff in this hotel and my hopes see this hotel next year
